My stay at the hotel had its ups and downs. The room I booked was not ready upon my arrival, causing me to be late for an event, but once settled, the huge room with a very comfortable king-size bed made up for it. The initial cleanliness issue was a downside, though.

I found the hotel to have quite big, always clean rooms with delicious food and friendly staff that goes the extra mile to assist guests. However, there was a lack of kitchen facilities and the room was stuffy with minor maintenance issues like loose door handles and missing light bulbs. Having at least a bottle of drinking water in the room would have been a great addition.

I had a mixed experience at this hotel. On the one hand, the rooms were super clean and spacious, but they smelled really bad at times. The service was a hit-or-miss; some staff members were friendly and went the extra mile, while others were rude and unprofessional. The location was convenient with a mall nearby, but the facilities need some improvements. The dining experience was disappointing and overpriced. Overall, it had its ups and downs.

I found the hotel to be conveniently located near a shopping center with easy access to the highway. The rooms were spacious and offered both a bath and a shower, although the plumbing in one room was outdated causing water to spray out. The service was outstanding, with very friendly and energetic staff who promptly addressed any issues. The dining options were presented as optional extras, and the facilities were overall satisfactory.

My stay at the hotel was a mixed experience. The rooms provided a perfect home away from home feel with their spaciousness, but there was a slight delay in checking me in which made me late for my event. The service, while generally friendly, had a few instances of staff behaving rudely in a passive-aggressive manner and not offering to help with luggage when changing rooms.
